Aufar Abdul Aziz, S.H., M.H. is a licensed Advocate (PERADI) and the Founder of AUFAR & Co Law Office. He holds a Master of Laws (M.H.) in Business Law from the Islamic University of Indonesia and a Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, blending strong academic depth with real-world legal acumen.

Prior to establishing AUFAR & Co, he gained extensive experience handling civil, criminal, and land dispute cases at KUS & Co. As an entrepreneurial legal practitioner, he also founded LegalMate, a business establishment and licensing consultancy that helps enterprises navigate corporate compliance and brand protection.

Beyond active practice, Aufar is a dedicated legal researcher who has published various scholarly works on digital legal frameworks and microfinance law. He also serves a prominent leadership role as the Deputy Secretary-General of the Central Executive of HIMA PERSIS (PP HIMA PERSIS).

He earned his Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from UIN Sunan Kalijaga, seamlessly blending deep legal expertise with a modern understanding of business needs.

Zaim started his professional journey at S&P Law Office and later co-founded Legal2Us, a digital legal platform designed to provide practical support for entrepreneurs and enterprises.

He has built a strong reputation in managing corporate compliance, structuring and negotiating commercial agreements, and safeguarding intellectual property. Ahmad’s comprehensive experience spans roles as both In-House Counsel and external consultant, successfully advising prominent corporations in Industrial Estate Development, Manufacturing, Fintech, and Insurance.

With practical experience at PT Titian Gemilang and LegalMate, he is highly adept at managing legal administration, reviewing commercial agreements, and ensuring seamless regulatory alignment for corporate clients .

Adji Pratama Putra, S.H., M.H is an Legal Associate at AUFAR & Co Law Office. He earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta and is currently pursuing his Doctoral degree (Dr.) at the University of Indonesia under the prestigious LPDP-BIB scholarship.
